It's the Hot Dish Tent.....don't cha know?
The 2008 Saint Paul Winter Carnival returned with Kane's Catering and the Hot Dish Tent sponsored by TDS Metrocom and media partner WCCO Radio. Kanes provided a variety of delicious "hot dishes" including the crowd favorite, Tater Tot Casserole. Did cha know there was a Hot Dish Challenge? Get the recipe!

Toys for Hugo
The Spirits of Carnival and other Volunteers from Winter Carnival have worked together to collect $500 worth of cash so that toys, dolls and games can be purchased and close to 100 toys for the children of Hugo who lost most of their toys in the tornado.
These toys will be delivered to the Hugo Fire Department on Wednesday, June 11th by the 2008 Royal Family and the 2008 Vulcan Krewe and some of the volunteers that have helped to collect these items. If interested in donating items, please contact Bernie Swafford at 612-990-4040 to make arrangements for pick up.
